I’m stepping up my game for the tenth week of my 12 Week Spring Fitness Challenge!
How I went in Week Nine:
My goals for the ninth week of the challenge were:
- To move every day.
I made sure I found time every day to be active for at least 30 minutes. I went on some massive walks with my bubba in his pram, went for a splash in the pool, cleaned the house from top to bottom, and enjoyed a particularly vigorous shopping session!
- Focus on my core.
I completed three of my goal of five rounds of abdominal exercises set by my physiotherapist.
- Work on my flexibility.
I also did a couple of stretch sessions last week to help with flexibility.
Goals for Week Ten:
My goals for the tenth week of the challenge are:
- Five free weights sessions: I will be focusing on my arms this week and making sure to incorporate some light weight sessions into my routine.
- Three 5K walks: I love to go walking and try and do it every day. This week, to challenge myself, I am going to make sure I finish at least three 5K walks.
- Pelvic floor routine: I am also going to complete the pelvic floor exercises three times a day as recommended by my physio.
